Minimum order quantities vary by product. For essential oils we typically work with a minimum of 1 kg for samples and 5 kg for commercial orders. Concretes and absolutes start from 500 g. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Samples are dispatched from our Obour City facility within 2–3 business days of confirming your request. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination and courier choice. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or TNT based on your preference.

Every commercial shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with GC chromatogram, Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and commercial invoice. Additional documentation such as phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and halal certificates can be arranged on request.

Our R&D team at Obour City can work with buyers on custom extraction specifications, specific chemotype requirements, or concentration adjustments. Custom work is subject to minimum quantities and lead time. Please describe your requirements in a General Enquiry and we will advise on feasibility.

Standard terms for new customers are 100% payment in advance by bank transfer. For established accounts we can discuss net 30 or letter of credit arrangements. We accept payment in USD, EUR, and EGP. All pricing is provided in USD unless otherwise agreed.
